Concept Note 2025-2026
The year 2025 is a fulcrum point in a long story of human evolution. This is the time of soul revolution when the soul-awakened part of humanity is called to take its stand within the hierarchy of the planetary consciousness assuming their innate responsibility to invoke and transmit light to the struggling parts of humanity.

This year is opening the new hundred year cycle in human evolution. The beginning of the twenty first century witnessed rapid transformation in the world, caused by increased inflow of Light in the previous decades. As always perfection brings imperfection to the surface, stimulating emergence of old issues collectively accumulated by humanity throughout the ages.
Behind the outer appearance of chaos however, emerges a new reality shaped by inner human transformation. The global revolution of soul awakening stimulates the most advanced sons and daughters of the human family to recognize their own responsibility within the planetary Hierarchy of Consciousness.
When an individual awakens to the light of Soul, they recognize the same light within each human being and therefore their eyes open to the reality of interconnected Oneness. Individuals who share this recognition, motivated to serve the Common Good of all living beings, are magnetized to find each other, forming units of Light. When interlinked, they form a radiant fabric of light covering the entire planet.
Similar to a human brain, where the complexity of neuron connections defines an individual's cognitive capacity, the rapidly growing network of interlinked units of light pushes the collective cognitive capacity of the human family to expand. This network of light workers is growing to become a real powerhouse that forms and shapes the future of the world.
This time of awakening was expected and was prepared by generations of servers in all traditions, safeguarding esoteric knowledge that could be shared when the light of the soul floods into the human mind. That time is now.
The 2025 Initiative is a shared space for light workers to meet and to recognize each other, learning to work together. The world community of Light Workers (known in Ageless Wisdom as the Group of World Servers) is a living organism where each unit of light is like a living functioning cell. Each of us and each unit or a group has a unique note and function. And yet this network of light is a beautiful fractal where every single part has an image and recognition of the whole.
We are calling all Light Workers to recognize our Oneness in Communion of the shared goal serving humanity.
According to the Ageless Wisdom teachings as communicated via the books of Alice Bailey, the spiritual elders of the planet gather on the inner planes every hundred years in order to meditate together on the Vision and the Plan for humanity’s development during the next cycle. This Centennial Conclave takes place this year.
This time the emerging interlinked global network of Light Workers is actively present and participating, taking its stand within the planetary hierarchy of consciousness. This will be the first time we can offer our assistance to spiritual elders by being their “eyes”, “hands and feet” in the dense material world.
This year the 2025 Initiative invites you to hold a year-long Vigil with the network of Light Workers on our planet standing on the periphery of the Spiritual Hierarchy. Together we are learning to be simultaneously present within both spiritual and physical realms. We assert our responsibility connecting these two realms , learning to be receptive to the subtle world of ideas and efficient in service to our fellow human beings. We know there are other groups and communities of Light Workers who share similar recognitions.
We know we belong to the same subjective unity of Light Workers. We share the same goal. We know it's a collaborative Cooperative Endeavor with multitudes of us working together to help humanity in its process of growth.
Together we are called to form a receptive antenna, a global Dreamcatcher to perceive, and transmit to humanity the higher planetary impulses of Love and Will allowing the Light of Humanity to shine bright on this planet and beyond.
